Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions of Use:

Welcome to Events at Solstice. By reserving and using our space, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A minimum $500 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date and time.

  • The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event.

  • Failure to make full payment on time will result in cancellation of the event with no refund.

2. Security Deposit

  • A $300 refundable security deposit is due with final payment.

  • The deposit will be refunded the Monday following your event if:

    • No damages occur,

    • The space is left clean, and

    • All rental terms were followed.

3. Event Use & Restrictions

  • The venue may not be used for paid entry events unless pre-approved in writing.

  • No smoking, open flames, cooking, firecrackers, glitter, nails, or graffiti are permitted.

  • All music must end 30 minutes before event end time.

  • Congregating outside the building or within one block is not allowed.

4. Setup, Cleanup & Additional Time

  • Your rental includes setup and cleanup within the reserved time.

  • A 15-minute grace period is allowed at the end of your event.

  • Exceeding the time may result in extra charges or loss of deposit.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • See our Refund Policy for full details.

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing or in person. Voicemails are not accepted.

  • Postponements are considered cancellations.

  • All cancellations are subject to a minimum fee of $500.

6. Liability & Insurance

  • Events at Solstice is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or lost items.

  • Clients are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, guests, vendors, or contractors.

  • If serving alcohol, clients must assume full responsibility and are required to show licensed bartender coverage.

7. Media Use

  • Events may be photographed or recorded for promotional purposes.

  • If you prefer your event not be shared, please notify us in writing before your event date.

8. Right of Entry

  • Proprietor reserves the right to enter or remain in the space during events for security and operational purposes.

9. Termination of Agreement

  • Failure to comply with any terms may result in immediate termination of your event without refund.
